2019 Volunteer Matrix Users Conference
Please join us for the 2019 Volunteer Matrix User Conference on February 21 & 22, 2019 in Bossier City, Louisiana. Meet Wesley Owens the Owner and Developer of Volunteer Matrix who will be the instructor and facilitator throughout the conference. There will be an intro session for newbies with the bulk of the sessions devoted to a more deep dive for more experience users (in part determined from attendee pre-survey). There will be networking opportunities and roundtable discussions with the whole group. Because this will be a more personal-interactive conference it is limit to 40 attendees.

- Noon - Break for Lunch (meals not provided, many nearby options available)
- 1-2pm — Org type specific discussion (Animal Shelters, Food Banks, Construction, etc TBA)
- 2-6pm Roundtable – Q&A and/or more attendee pre-survey interests
- Statistics, Reports and Exports – so many ways to see and get your data
- Volunteer Payment Options – Pay to play, annual registration fee, financial credits
- “I never used that...” - some of the coolest & least utilized features of Volunteer Matrix
- Q & A
- Noon -?? For anyone sticking around, Wes will be available to continue discussion, training, brainstorming, etc

What is the weather like in February?
February generally brings cool, mixed weather days with the highs being 60s to low 80s (F), and nighttime temperatures in the 60s to 50s. Be sure to dress in layers, though, as the weather can be fickle and the meeting rooms can be overly air-conditioned. Please check weather forecasts before you arrive.
